The first of these interactive modules is a ‘Goal Setting’ workshop which will take place on Thursday the 26th of November, from 1900 to 2100 PM, venue in Limerick City TBA.

The workshop consists of four integral parts:
1. Goal identification through value based exercises
2. Reality check using the SMART checking system
3. Golden tips for enhanced success on goal achievement
4. Design of your own action plan.
At the end of the workshop there will be an opportunity to meet and talk to Patrick.
