Come welcome 2013 in the most charming Eastern European city

Hello everybody,

the EuroCircle Budapest crew is happy to announce its first big event and invites all of you to welcome 2013 in their beautiful city. To do so we have planned a 4 days event to introduce the beauties and the traditions of the most charming East European Capital.

Come join us for a walk to the Buda Hills, a warm Goulash, a shot of Palinka, some relaxing time in one of the Turkish thermal baths, and for a great Sylvester's party in the heart of Pest.

The event will be limited to 100 participants, so that we can manage activities more easily and enjoy ourselves together with the group.

The schedule is modular, to let each participant decide autonomously what to do and when to do it. We will plan group events but you'll be free to join or rather explore the city by yourself. Still, we have reached agreements with local operators to have discounted prices for all activities as well as for hotels and apartments.

If you let us know your arrival and departure details we can help you with:
  • transfers from/to the airport;
  • accommodation in selected hotels or apartments in the city center.
As for activities we can book at a discounted price:
  • bus tour of Budapest;
  • hop-on-hop-off bus tickets;
  • boat trip on the Danube;
  • entries to museums and attractions.
We will also select restaurants and bars/clubs to have group nights, or simply to recommend for those who may want some more privacy.

There will be a visit to a famous bathhouse (don't forget your swimming suit!) and we are considering a pool party at a beautiful indoor location not far from the city.

As for the New Year's party, we have already booked a restaurant in the very central Vaci Street, with the following:
  • welcome drink;
  • full buffet dinner;
  • midnight traditional snack with lentils and meat;
  • midnight cheers with Italian spumante;
  • open bar with beer, wine and soft drinks;
  • discount on long drinks, cocktails, palinka;
  • DJ with music all night.
The participation fee of €50, to pay via Paypal, includes the New Year's party and doesn't include accommodation nor other activities, which will be paid on the spot.
